Please Note:
Drop-ins are a great opportunity for a quick answer to your questions. If you need additional time, an advisor will schedule a 30-minute follow-up appointment to continue the conversation. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. Drop-ins are NOT applicable for: readmit advising holds, pre-orientation appointments, SAP appeals, or individualized multi-semester graduation plans. Please schedule a regular advising appointment if your discussion is more in-depth in nature.    

 

Types of Appointments

Our advisors are available to meet with students virtually through:

  • Microsoft Teams
  • Phone
  • Face-to-face (Engineering Lab Building, Suite (G)-213)
  1. Schedule an appointment via Navigate/EAB. Scroll to the bottom of this page and use the link below to schedule the appointment. Or click the "Advisors" tab to the left and find your major and your specific assigned academic advisor. Each advisor has their individual Navigate/EAB link under their name.
  2. Follow the instructions below based on the type of appointment you schedule.

Virtual Appointments

  • We will be using Microsoft Teams for our virtual appointments.
  • Download and ensure you can log into Microsoft Teams
  • Teams is available on the Microsoft Teams website for download and on many smartphone platforms
  • You can also log in through your KSU email using your same login information
  • Your meeting details should be in your appointment confirmation email. You can access the meeting from the link there.

Phone Appointments • Face-to-Face Appointment
