Returning on March 24, 2023, as he does, ever semester to guest lecture for Dr. Crowder, Mr. Chad McManus, Loss Prevention leader for T-Mobile, provides insight on Organized Retail Crime and the serial offenders who commit these crimes.  Dr. Crowder said, "Mr. McManus and T-Mobile have been great supporters of my classes for over a decade.  As the "stealing for profit" crimes evolve, Mr. McManus helps my students stay tuned-in to what they may face as future investigators.  I am still amazed that high-end vacuum cleaners are a favorite item to steal by Organized Retail Criminals."
